This DISCLAIMER AND CLARIFICATION STATEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Statement“) is executed this 8th August 23, highlighting the roles of Kulbushan and Jeevan Joshi, operators of LOVELYSMILE PROFESSIONAL TEETH WHITENING and BEYOND SKIN WELLBEING MEDICAL SPA WELLINGTON. Presented by the Goundar siblings – Shalendra Goundar, Nalina Goundar, and Regina Goundar, collectively referred to as “the Goundars.
1. RECITALS:
WHEREAS, a legal dispute arose between the Goundars and the plaintiffs, Kulbushan and Jeevan Joshi, in 2015 concerning a property located in Auckland, NZ;
The High Court of Auckland ruled in favor of the Goundars on two occasions, first on November 13, 2015, upholding a caveat on the property, and then again on July 25, 2018, solidifying the Goundars’ claim;
WHEREAS, Kulbushan Joshi has posted false and misleading information online at internet (hereinafter referred to as the “False Content“), which contradicts the facts and legal findings;
Kulbushan and Jeevan Joshi, herein referred to as “the Joshi Couple,” engaged in manipulating old articles of REAA verdict from the tribunal, cutting and pasting content, and adding defamatory images to post on Google with malice;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Statement serves to provide clarification and formally disclaim the False Content as follows:

2. LEGAL FACTS:
Despite Kulbushan Joshi’s strategies, the Goundar WON both the caveat and the trial in the High Court of NZ and claimed the Coronation Rd property. The legal facts are clear and have been duly adjudicated by the competent court. The High Court of Auckland’s decisions stand as the definitive legal determinations in this matter. Any representation, assertion, or statement to the contrary shall be considered false and misleading.
3. FALSE CONTENT AND MALICIOUS MANIPULATION:
The False Content posted by the Joshi Couple is expressly disclaimed by the Goundars. Such content is incorrect, baseless, and does not align with the legal findings. The aforementioned manipulations of the verdicts and defamatory images only serve to deepen the misinformation surrounding the legal matters.
4. LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES:
The Goundars reserve all legal rights and remedies available under the law to protect their reputation and pursue action against those responsible for the False Content, including the malicious manipulations.
5. CAUTION TO READERS:
All readers, consumers of information, and the general public are cautioned to verify the information from authentic legal sources and documents and not rely on the False Content or manipulated evidence.
6. REQUEST FOR REMOVAL:
The Joshi couple are hereby instructed to remove false, malicious and manipulated content immediately to avoid further legal action.
Failure to comply will allow the Goundars to take further LEGAL action .
